This individual will facilitate math and reading enrichment, while sometimes doing small flex group instruction with some technology to personalize the learning for grades 1-5. This individual will also be part of the sub rotation. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following fundamental duties: *Use assessment data to identify student needs, direct instruction, and monitor student progress. *Provide eligible students with supplemental assistance in reading and/or math to help them reach proficiency as defined by the state. *Work cooperatively with classroom teachers, parents and administrators. *Complete all reporting requirements. *Monitor student progress and communicate this progress periodically to parents. *Participate in professional development as necessary. *Use technology to facilitate job responsibilities. *Perform other duties as assigned.

Aquatics Center Manager

Aquatics Center Manager This position will provide overall leadership and direction for all New Prague city and school district aquatics programs, events, staff and facilities under a Joint Powers agreement. Candidate would be responsible for: The management of the New Prague Aquatics Center and the existing City of New Prague Outdoor Pool Implementing a schedule of aquatic and community program activities for birth through older adults Coordinating maintenance for three community pools Working closely with user groups (academic, community use, and rental) scheduled in aquatic facilities Recruiting and managing aquatics events Preparing bids and applications for events and competitions Coordinating safety skills training for employees Administering the department’s American Red Cross Licensed Provider agreement Developing and monitoring an annual budget for aquatic and community programs and facilities Creating and maintaining staff and procedural manuals Some evening and weekend work is required Position begins February 1, 2017.
