Mounds Park Academy is a PreK-12 independent school in St. Paul that serves approximately 500 students from throughout the Twin Cities area. In this half-time role, the communications and marketing coordinator will provide support for all internal communications and external marketing strategies, serving the widely varying needs of families, departments, divisions, classrooms, and affinity groups. This position reports to the director of communications and marketing. Responsibilities include: *Collaborate with contributors and consultants in the development and dissemination of electronic and printed communications, including a weekly e-newsletter. *Serve as the brand coordinator to assist with the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of brand standards internally, and manage the production process of new brand materials. *Update and enhance the website regularly with accurate, engaging digital content. *Assist with the management, monitoring, and measurement of the school’s online presence including its website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. *Organize, track, and maintain all communications-related plans, calendars, reports, and archives. *Provide office support services including, but not limited to, proofreading, research, maintenance of lists, printing and distribution of materials, documentation of measures of success, tracking and processing of expenses, and general assistance with meetings and media events. *Other duties as assigned.

The Minnesota Correctional Facility-Faribault has an opening for a Substitute Teacher. WORK SCHEDULE: This position will be on-call Monday through Friday as needed. Job duties include but are not limited to: -Provide appropriate and effective classroom instruction in an individualized manner to offenders including preparing, maintaining, and assessing Personal Education Plans (PEP) for each student in the absence of the teacher. -Tutor individual students and small groups in Literacy, ABE, or GED programs. -Perform departmental administrative support. This position is located at a Minnesota Correctional Facility and will have direct offender contact.

Business Office Assistant
Begins ASAP. 8 hrs/day, 260 days/yr. To provide analytical and organizational support to the Executive Director of Business Services and other designated staff. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, maintain and analyze Forecast 5 software programs these programs utilize database information from financial sources to provide analysis of district programs, budgets and negotiations. Provides organizational support to the Executive Director of Business Services and other designated staff. Serves as contact person and recorder for open enrolled students and families. Provides support for centralized enrollment. Prepares and maintains reporting calendar per Federal and State requirements. Prepares presentations using various software systems. Prepares contract negotiation and various other required spreadsheets Provides clarification and logistical support to staff regarding instructions and directives for district wide initiatives. Documents and maintains business office processes and procedures. Assist in on site trainings and webinars. Maintains business office web pages. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
