Software Product Analyst
The Software Product Analyst II position is responsible for compiling state specific K12 Special Education requirements, creating proper documentation, testing functionality, analyzing and debugging issues with state specific components of the Infinite Campus system. The analyst is also responsible for localization based projects and will work with Support Representatives, Client Executives, Developers, Technical Writers, Project Managers and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure that necessary requirements are accurately integrated into the product, functionally documented and adequately tested. Job Responsibilities Take a proactive lead representing the Localization group in inter-departmental projects that create solutions for the customer and the team. Participate in design reviews to ensure requirements are interpreted and fulfilled correctly. Take on additional responsibilities at a team level. Create and maintain positive relationships with Department of Education contacts, Channel Partner personnel and appropriate end users to gather correct and consistent requirements. Conduct frequent User Focus Groups in all assigned states to confirm all requirements will meet the needs of all users. Create requirements documentation for specific state needs to be implemented in the Infinite Campus system. Participate in the initial case-level testing of state extracts and state specific features. Monitor specific states for changes and updates to state requirements. Research and test bugs, issues and enhancement requests for proper placement in the product. Work directly with assigned developers and Quality Assurance personnel to complete all projects in a timely manner. Complete other tasks as assigned.
Training Specialist
The Implementation Training Specialist is responsible for delivering initial training focused on the fundamentals of using Infinite Campus for new districts. The Implementation training specialist will also assist with planning and managing the design of instructional material and programs. Job Responsibilities *Perform software product training on location, at customer sites or via the Web *Assist with planning and managing the design of training materials and programs. *Executes and oversees implementation district training plans assisting districts in what areas are implemented within a 12 month plan. *Responsible for communication with customers, Project Managers and Data Services Engineer on issue resolutions. *Apply a thorough understanding of the Campus Application in order to teach, assist districts with questions or help set up any special functionality requested. *Collaborates with knowledge management to guide the writing and delivery of all customer curriculums. *Manages the requests and quality of training site environments created by hosting based on the technical specifications of the project. *Manage time to coordinate multiple district implementations with training dates/times and status meetings so no two districts conflict. *Ensure that all training task are documented for districts, internal departments, billing and time tracking. *Monitor courses to make sure that the needs of all customers are met. *Monitor and record all travel expenses making sure to stay within budget. *Continually learn new features of the Campus application and to retain their credentialing *Access Infinite Campus production customer data in live sites adhering to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines *Other related duties as assigned
