Job Summary: Under the direction of the Network Administrator and guidance from the Lead Computer Technician, the Computer Technician II is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and supporting staff and students in the use of computer hardware (including tablets and other digital computing devices), peripherals and software in a network environment.
