The Executive Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the District Finance and Operations Departments, staff, programs, or functions. Responsibilities may include: directing professional staff and departmental operations and administration; overseeing departmental or program budgets and funds; developing strategies, policies and procedures; and working with multiple departments to achieve strategic goals. SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive compensation and benefits package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.

Behavior Analyst
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups, and ensure a safe and healthy educational environment.
- Support the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans through modeling and coaching.
- Oversees behavioral data collection, including maintenance and/or entry of information into data collection system
- Collects and monitors data to identify students who need additional support or effectiveness of intervention
- Actively participates in meetings and training for classrooms the Registered Behavior Technician supports (e.g., team meetings, debrief meetings, training on student safety plans)

Infant Teacher
Ready to Grow, Ready to Learn is looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented individual with a strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education to lead one of our Preschool classrooms. This position leads the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate and culturally relevant learning experiences to support the growth and development of children between the ages of 6 weeks through 16 months of age. Responsibilities include building strong relationships through positive adult-child interactions, supporting children’s learning goals and conducting authentic assessment, upholding program expectations through supervision and mentoring of team members, and participating in program and community events.
The ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve efficiently, collaborate with others, and demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and flexibility through a positive approach to daily work is essential to success in this position.

- Provide support to elementary special education students.
- Work under the direction of special educators to reinforce instructional strategies, provide behavior support, and assist with personal care in all school environments.
- Work as a team member to implement IEP based instructional goals and adaptations, including assistive technology.
- Collect student data and third party billing record documentation.
- Promote inclusion and self-sufficiency of students in the school community.
