One half-time (.5 FTE) Title 1 teaching position is currently available at Lino Lakes Elementary School to build relationships with K-6 students while providing reading and math interventions. Help construct and organize intervention lessons and develop intervention schedules. Depending on the candidate’s interest and qualifications this position may be combined with the 0.5 STEM position also posted for Lino Lakes Elementary to create a 1.0 position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid physical education teaching license in the State of Minnesota. Preferred to also have Health and DAPE licenses.
Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION: School Psychologist
Centennial High School
Conduct evaluations, problem solving with the team, participate in Student Assistance Team, Intervention support, and social skills groups. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be fully licensed in the state of Minnesota as a School Psychologist.
Demonstrated aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities.

Position Title: Special Education Teacher: Center-based Behavior Teacher (EBD or ABS)

Location: OH Anderson Elementary School (grades 3-5)
Caseload: Approximately 14 students
Student Eligibility Categories: EBD, ASD, OHD
Other: Daily prep and case management time in teacher schedule
Due Process Assistants manage scheduling of meetings and filing paperwork
Large classroom with a small and large breakout/calming area
Full-time school psychologist/department lead at the school
On-site mental health therapist and special education specific mental health practitioner (CTSS)
Position is full-time, part of the teacher bargaining unit. Salary and benefits part of the Master Agreement.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; Special Education EBD or ABS teaching license or able to obtain appropriate license from PELSB, Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board
Preferred Experience:
Ability to teach students with significant needs in the areas of social, emotional, behavioral and academic development utilizing a progression of interventions.

We are seeking an experienced Social Studies Teacher, with an emphasis on Classical Ancient Period studies. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Ancient World’s history, literature, and culture. A degree in Social Studies or a field related to the Classical Ancient time period is preferred. Full time (1.00 FTE)
Hours: Tuesday/Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Job Summary:
Seeking individuals interested Mahtomedi School District’s Preschool Program for the 2023-24 school year. This shift works school hours Tuesday/Thursday half day preschool program from 12:00-3:30 PM. Part time hours are depending on class registration. The early childhood teacher develops materials and lesson plans, conducts classroom instruction, and evaluates and assesses both instructional materials and student performance. The teacher meets with parents/guardians, interprets student progress, and informs parents/guardians about student strengths, weaknesses and/or progress.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree and a current license in one of the following: Prekindergarten, Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Family Education, Early Childhood Education, or Birth-Grade 3 or able to obtain the appropriate license from PELSB, Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Knowledge of The Creative Curriculum for Preschool and COR knowledge preferred.
