SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHER- AP World History (Preferred)

183 Workdays                    7:15 AM – 3:15 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid 9-12 Social Studies teaching license in the State of Minnesota.
Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

WAGES:
Candidates will be placed on the teacher contract and will receive benefits according to the CEA
contract.

1.0 FTE – Science Teacher- Biology preferred                 Starting August 21, 2023
7:15 AM – 3:15 PM                 183 days

-Must be a licensed teacher with the State of Minnesota and hold a science licensure, preference given to individuals with a Chemistry license.
-Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
-Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
-Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
-Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
-Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Health Services Supervisor

The Health Services Supervisor will:

  • Establish and monitor pupil health record systems;
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws;
  • Recruit, interview and make hiring recommendations for health services personnel;
  • Assist Registered Nurses in writing Individual Health Plans;
  • Assist with third-party billing;
  • Advise Student Services Director regarding appropriate level of health care needed for some students;
  • Monitor equipment needed and budget requests from individual buildings;
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with community health partners;
  • Update health service procedures including blood borne pathogen procedures on an annual basis;
  • Plan and organize orientation and in-service training for health services personnel;
  • Consult/provide input for wellness and health committees, safety and emergency preparedness committees;
  • Supervise and collaboratively evaluate health services personnel;
