Job summary: Provide secretarial/clerical support to the Enrollment Center during the Back to School Season (July 24th through September 5th).
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Greet and interact with a high volume of customers.
Provide secretarial support for the enrollment process.
Verify and process paperwork for the enrollment of students.
Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
Input data into an Excel spreadsheet each morning
Minimum Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to help, serve, and exchange information.
General secretarial/clerical skills
General computer skills
Ability to learn and use data management systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Enrollment Center staff and customers.
Preferred Qualifications include:
Previous Experience with Osseo Area Schools
Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish preferred)
Salary: Casual salary guide – Starting rate of pay $23.65/hour
Job Type: Summer Casual; Temporary, (approximately July 24, 2025 through September 5, 2025)
Work Hours: 8 hours per day; 7:30 – 4:00 (approx.) M-F – 6 Weeks
