QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed ELL teacher with the State of Minnesota.
Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

WAGES:
Consistent with the current Teachers’ Master Agreement.

EBD Teacher

Oak-Land Middle School is seeking a 1.0 FTE 6th Grade Social Studies and Language Arts teacher and Lake Elmo Elementary is seeking a 1.0 FTE Grade 4 teacher for the 2023-24 school year. We are looking for a 1-6 elementary license who is also fluent in Spanish.  Starting in the 2023-24 school year this is our first class of Spanish Immersion students that are entering middle school.

.5 FTE Family/Consumer Science (FACS) Teacher           Starting August 21, 2023

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid teaching license in the State of Minnesota. Preference given to grades 5 – 12 Family and Consumer Sciences licensed applicants.
Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.

Candidates will be placed on the teacher contract and will receive benefits according to the CEA
