The successful candidate for the Elementary Principal position will provide leadership and build systems to support staff, schools, and the district in increasing appropriate instructional capacity that allows all students to meet or exceed expected growth each year, graduate from high school, and eliminate predictability in achievement through practices of educational equity. This position will: lead the building’s efforts in creating a culturally competent and racially inclusive learning environment so that all students are successful; lead the design and implementation of the district’s instructional delivery and professional development in alignment with the district’s operational plan and individual school improvement plans; lead the design and implementation of the district’s instructional methodology and professional development programs aligned with the district operational plan; actively support district planning and improvement processes.

Position provides support to our Community Education programs , with a focus on facilities scheduling. Must have community education program experience and willingness to support and cross train in multiple program areas of the department as needed.
Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Duties Include:
- Assist with the overall leadership and development of multiple program areas- emphasis will be placed on Facilities Scheduling Management.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising non-licensed staff.
- Gather data, conduct program assessments, and prepare essential reports as it relates to programs and facilities.
- Support the continued development and implementation of a marketing and outreach plan based on community needs.
- Budget management and forecasting to help set program rates and cover program expenses.
- Assist with development, implementation, and reporting of program initiatives.
- Manage data and communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor program revenues and expenses.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with district personnel, permit holders, partner community organizations and other external groups to support program development, innovation, and improvement.
- Examine operations and procedures, recommend policy and develop and implement new strategies and procedures for programs.
- Develops training plans and materials for all staff.
- Understand and ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and laws applicable to work.
- Provide on call services as necessary to support staff when addressing permitted activity facility use.
Student Management Specialist – Park Center Senior High School
Description: To coordinate, under the direction of the Assistant Principal, the activities, procedures and supervision in general of secondary high school students.
Job Summary: To inspire and prepare all students with the confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning by coordinating, under the direction of the Assistant Principal, the activities, procedures, and supervision in general, of secondary students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising multiple areas of the facility. This may include, but is not limited to, hallways, cafeteria, bathrooms, locker rooms, gyms, and classrooms.
- Supervising multiple events. This may include, but is not limited to, extra and co-curricular practices and competitions, after school and evening activities, dances, and pep fests.
- Supporting student management. This may include, but is not limited to, completing Office Discipline and Bus Referrals, writing behavior contracts, meeting with families, facilitating Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) activities, conducting peer mediations, operating surveillance cameras, analyzing discipline reports, and coordinating annual bus safety and behavior quizzes.
- Serving as a liaison between the school and the transportation department.
- Helping to coordinate emergency preparedness drills and updating safety-related documents.
