Instructional Paraprofessional
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, supervision of students indoors and/or out of doors, tutoring students under the direct supervision of a teacher, general classroom clerical support, and support recess and lunch.

Location:
Centennial Elementary – 6 hrs/day
Instructional Para- 8:55 AM – 3:25 PM
Starting January 3, 2023

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required.
Demonstrated aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

WAGES: Starting at $16.37 per hour.

Transportation Manager

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field and five years of experience relevant to planning and providing student Transportation services. (Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience will be considered.)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Considerable knowledge in the areas of managing Transportation operations, Transportation safety, and contracting for Transportation services.
Thorough knowledge of state laws, Board of Education policies and regulations regarding student Transportation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Food Service Assistant – Centennial High School or Middle School- Float
4.0 hours/day – 175 days/year (includes 4 holidays)
9:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Starting ASAP.

WAGES/BENEFITS: Consistent with the current Cooks’ Master Agreement. $15.70/hr. starting.

Student/Security Monitor

Effective immediately, the Human Resources Department will accept online applications for the position of Student/Security Monitor at our Secondary Building (Middle and High School).  This position works 6 hours per day with a half-hour unpaid lunch ( 7:00 AM -1:30 PM); student contact days only.

Job Summary
Assist with creating and maintaining a safe school environment for all students and staff.

Job Functions

Walk the hallways and stairs continuously ensuring students are in class.
Monitor front door, bathroom and student passing time ensuring students are adhering to school rules.
Walk the school grounds and parking lots ensuring students are adhering to school rules.
Assist students with locker problems as needed.
Provide cafeteria supervision support during breakfast and lunch periods.
Search, identify and retain security camera footage as requested by supervisor.
Be a positive example by modeling respectful behavior and using problem solving strategies.
Cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with all students, staff, families and community members.
Adhere to data privacy rules and regulations pertaining to students and staff.
Adhere to staff and program guidelines and district procedures and policies.
Demonstrate prompt, regular and reliable attendance.
