Days/Hours:  Monday – Friday; 2:45PM – 11:15PM

Banded/Graded:  A-1-3

Salary:  $20.46/hr + $0.35/hr shift differential – under negotiations

 

Responsible to:  Director of Buildings & Grounds

 

Position Purpose:  Under general supervision, perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally
Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly
Extended walking
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be in good general health
Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position.  Starting salary for such position is $20.46/hour + $0.35/hr shift differential.  In addition, the pay includes an additional $0.10/hr for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained.  Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112.  This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).
