Minnehaha Academy is seeking a part-time Business Office & Human Resources Assistant at our 3100 W River Parkway location. Office hours are daytime, Monday through Friday.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Office & Operations
- Distribute incoming mail to business office colleagues
- Daily check deposit processing
- Cash deposits, as needed
- Daily invoice processing
- Process bi-weekly employee expense reimbursements
- Document scanning
- Assist with coordination and coverage of the front desk
- Support the Redhawk Shop, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Human Resources
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and review of register
- Prepare supplemental and coaching contracts
- Enter employee updates into ADP for payroll, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
