**This position will work in two school buildings: Minnewashta Elementary and Minnetonka Middle School West
1. Implements methods and techniques of differentiating the District approved curriculum for meeting the needs of individual ELL students.
2. Plans instruction and other student support activities, including the establishment of overall goals and priorities.
3. Participates in parent/teacher conferences; interprets student strengths, weaknesses and/or problems that the student may be experiencing in the classroom.
4. Develops student assessments and evaluates results.
5. Determines student grades for instructional units and works with classroom teachers to report progress to parents
6. Works in a supportive and collaborative manner with colleagues and supervisors.
7. Comply with Minnesota Department of Education requirements for assessing, reporting and serving students who qualify for ELL services.
8. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
