Days/Hours: Year Round; 8.0 hrs/day; 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.; Wednesday – Sunday

Salary:  $21.90/hour + $0.35/hour shift differential

Responsible To:  Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, Custodial Supervisor/Head Engineer/Night Lead/Building Principal
Position Purpose:  Maintain building in a state of cleanliness and order

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally
Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly
Extended walking
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be in good general health
Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  this position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week) twelve (12) month position.  Starting salary for such position is $21.90/hr.  In addition, the pay includes an additional $0.10/hr for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained and $0.35/hr for shift differential.  Eligible for benefits as negotiated with Union Local #70 and District 112.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid teaching license in the State of Minnesota (any field).

Position Purpose:  The basic skills para works with teachers to support students with instruction and academic support. The lunchroom supervisor supervises students during lunch and recess (if applicable).
