Salary Range: $153,000 – $157,806
Days/Hours: 260 days; Full-Time; Year-Round
Responsible To: Superintendent of Eastern Carver County Schools

Position Purpose: To provide leadership in development of programs and services through community education; management of community education operations; and District 112 initiatives in support of overall district mission, philosophy and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field – Master’s degree preferred
Currently holds an Administrative license as Director of Community Education
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Community Education Supervisor, Manager, Coordinator, or Director.
Excellent record of past performance applicable to performing the duties of the position (i.e. budget management)

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2020: This position is posted as a full time (8 hrs/day, 12 month) position. Eligible for benefits as negotiated with the Directors and District 112. The position is not eligible for overtime or comp time.
