Cleaner, part-time (multiple positions)

Job Summary
This position cleans and maintains designated areas of building to ensure a clean, pleasant and safe environment for employees, students, and the general public.
Job Functions
Vacuum, mop and sweep designated areas of building.
Collect and remove all trash, shredding and recycling in assigned areas.
Clean restrooms and locker rooms as assigned.
Clean windows, doors and mirrors in entry ways and other areas as assigned.
Clean carpets, stairways and floors as assigned.
Dust furniture and equipment.
Clean and disinfect cafeteria tables, counter tops and conference room tables
Report any issues with equipment or materials to supervisor.
Lock up building or designated area as require.
Move furniture, set up for events as needed.
Follow district cleaning procedures and standard safety procedures, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Substitute for building engineer as needed.

Duties: Support the work of the students and Head Coach in Knowledge Bowl competition, practice (virtual as needed), chaperoning, etc.
Qualifications: Experience coaching competitive high school academic teams preferred
Good communication skills
Respect/recognition of youth needs
Promote program and recruit team members
Schedule and conduct practices
Keep records (registration, attendance, schedules, etc.)
Monitor student academic progress and eligibility according to MNSHL rules
Train teams
Attend tournaments.
Supervise students and act as a tournament official as needed
Assist in hosting tournaments
Work at the direction of the head coach

The Health Services Coordinator provides leadership in the development and maintenance of the district student health services program and oversees health services employees.
Leadership and Planning
1. Provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, development, growth, contraction, assessment, and evaluation of student health services (e.g. non-public, first aid, emergency response, building health offices, medication administration, record keeping).
2. Prepares reports required by supervisors and state and federal agencies.
3. Assists in representing the district at local and state meetings and in the student health services community.
4. Serves on the District Crisis Response Team.
5. Oversees the day-to-day provision of student health services.
6. Orders and maintains supplies and equipment.
7. Ensures proper documentation is maintained and supervises Third Party Billing
8. Interprets and supervises the implementation of district student health and wellness policies.
9. Implements federal and state laws regarding student health and wellness.
10. Plan and/or conduct staff development on health-related topics including but not limited to: medication administration, Blood Borne Pathogens, First Aid, CPR, and OSHA/Employee Right-to-Know.
11. Makes recommendations regarding health services budgets.
12. Maintains confidentiality.
Employee Development
1. Assists the Director of Student Support Services in employee evaluation and coaching (e.g. health service staff, licensed school nurses).
2. Assists in the hiring and supervision of employees, licensed and non- licensed.
3. Develops and aligns employee development opportunities and induction that adhere to laws and the district mission.
4. Ensures employees are adhering to health services standards through trainings, induction, and monitoring.
Nursing
1. Provides student health assessments and individual health plans, when appropriate.
2. Participate in special education assessments and 504 as needed.
3. Will participate and proactively engage in pandemic preparedness coordination meetings and working groups. In coordination with advisors, develop and deliver training on pandemic preparedness to staff.
4. Provides delegation, direction, and supervision of the administration of medications to students.
5. Plans and counsels as to the implementation of nursing services.
Communication
1. Assists in maintaining an environment that encourages parental interactions for all students.
2. Acts as a resource for classroom instruction.
3. Prepares pertinent articles for employee and parental communications.
