Full-time Principal position at Scandia Elementary July 1, 2020 or earlier upon mutual agreement.

Scandia Elementary school is a proud IB World School and is part of the Forest Lake Area School District serving approximately 350 students.  The successful candidate will:

Serve as instructional leader and operations manager.

Set the tone for positive building culture and inspiring staff members to continuously evolve their professional practices and to do their best work every day.

Provide leadership to ensure the physical, emotional and academic health of all students.

Promote the rich opportunities the school provides and foster community engagement.
