Assistant Coach, Track & Field – Distance – #4420

Season Dates:  March 1, 2020 – June 15, 2020

Duties:  Specifically this position will be responsible for coaching and working with our distance runners.  In addition, this coach will work in conjunction with the other assistant coaches to assist the head coach in achieving the goals of the Co-Ed Track and Field program.  This includes but is not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program.  Applicants must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.

Girls Golf Coach, B-Squad – #4400

Duties:  This position will work specifically to assist the girls golf program.  You will, in conjunction with the head coach, supervise and organize practices for the high school program.  In addition, you will be required to supervise/coach the golfers at meets.  Applicants must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and meets.

Monitoring Paraprofessional – #4423

The position will monitor students in classrooms, academic flex areas, and after school experiences, and will support high school students in realizing academic and behavioral success. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaborative and communication skills, is technology savvy, is self-directed but a team player, is culturally aware, and responsible.

Essential Job Functions

Works with students individually and in small groups to reinforce basic learning and implement assigned programs.
Assists in strategies for reinforcing instructional materials and skills according to individual student needs.
Assists with classroom and building behavioral management to minimize disruptions, ensure a safe and orderly classroom, and ensure students are on task.
Assists students in non-instructional areas, such as supervising the student lunch programs, bus duty, playground duty, corridor, study hall, and other related non-instructional areas.
Assists in the management of the school building after school.

Duties:

·        Provide support for technology infrastructure including servers, wireless, networking, and end user devices.

·        Manage the complete technology lifecycle, including ordering, setup, warranty calls, inventory and planning.

·        Administer the Student Information System and provide training and support to staff users.

·        Manage anti-virus, content filtering, email filtering and firewall.

·        Administer security systems for school campus including keycards and cameras.

·        Manage school website and provide updates as needed.

·        Administer phone system and work with contractors as needed to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Other Desired Qualifications:

·        Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

·        Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.

·        Experience in managing an Office 365 environment.

·        Experience with standardized testing (MCA, NWEA) strongly preferred. Candidate will need to administer the technical aspects of State required computer-delivered tests.

·        Experience managing multiple projects/tasks while providing high quality support to end users.

·        JAMF or other MDM solutions for iOS devices

·        VMware vSphere and vCenter Server

·        SMART Interactive whiteboards and projectors
