Eden Prairie School District is seeking applicants for our next Director of Employee Services. The Director of Employee Services will work closely with a team of very talented and highly trained human resource professionals, as well as continue collaborations with successful, thriving teams throughout the district. This work will be done while working at a district that is recognized for its quality initiatives and leadership in educational programming.
In addition, this key leadership role will supervise three staffing and one benefits coordinators; direct the district’s hiring, staffing and employee benefit processes; interpret bargaining agreement language; develop and support strategies to meet current and future information processing/reporting requirements; provide technological support and training; and assist the executive director of human resources so that all staffing related functions meet legal and district requirements.
