Promise Fellows will be active members of the District’s Check & Connect team and will mentor at-risk high school youth. Promise Fellows will implement targeted interventions aimed at increasing attendance, decreasing behavior referrals and putting students on track to graduate with their class. Promise Fellows will assist the supervisor and site coordinator to keep program records and evaluate program outcomes, making changes as needed, based on evaluation data.
