strong knowledge and skills in working with learning a second language using TPRS
has the ability to collaborate with their colleagues to discuss instruction and assessment to meet the needs of the students
possess a sense of responsibility for the learning of all of the students
has experience with technology strongly desired.

A strong interest and desire to work with students of various cultural and ethnic backgrounds and academic ability levels is desired.
