Administrative Assistant to the Associate Principals

Hours:    8 hours/day; 5 days/week; Monday – Friday 7:00 – 3:30

Description:  Secretarial work as directed by Associate Principals.  Oversee all input/output information to ensure accuracy.  Supervise and coordinate Infinite Campus systems, including electronic registration and master schedule.  Maintain student transcripts and report cards.  Manage calendars for Associate Principals and all clerical needs.  Assist Associate Principals with student management processes as needed.  Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and families.  Other duties include preparing for major building events such as Open House, Parent Teacher Conferences, and registration, etc., and other duties as assigned by the building principal.

Job Summary:  Work as the clerical support to the Associate Principals functioning as their Assistant.

Working Conditions:  Assignment is in an office in a fast paced environment

Assistant Coach, Varsity Tennis – #4124

Season Dates:  August 12, 2019 – October 22, 2019

Duties:  Assist the varsity head coach with all aspects of the Spring Lake Park Girls Tennis Program including, but not limited to setting up practices, games, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games.; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall  program.  Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.

has a strong desire to work with intermediate level elementary school students
be familiar with assessment for learning practices as well as how to provide appropriate interventions for students
has the ability to collaborate with their colleagues to discuss instruction and assessment to meet the needs of the students
possess a sense of responsibility for the learning of all of the students
has experience with technology strongly desired.

Preferences
We strongly prefer candidates who have exhibited excellence in collaboration with colleagues and an enthusiasm to work with students.  Preferred candidates will also have a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning as evidenced by graduate-level work or an earned degree, as well as participation in professional organization conferences or seminars related to the content area.
