Description:  ISD 191 is a suburban Minneapolis system of 9,500 students comprised of the communities of Burnsville, Eagan, and Savage. Essential Job Functions

License / Education Requirements:  Minnesota special education teaching license(s).  Highly qualified in a core academic area(s) or can be certified highly qualified.

Job Responsibilities:  The licensed Special Education Lead works closely with the district Individualized Student Services Team to support the development and implementation of the building/program’s special education service delivery model. The teacher serves as a resource for their special education staff in disseminating information on evidence-based instructional practices and targeted professional development.
