Position Purpose:  The Integration Equity Coordinator serves as a leader informing and influencing systemic change to develop, implement, and sustain culturally responsive systems through teaching, leading,
organizational policies and practices, and community engagement.

Required Qualifications:

School, district, or organizational leadership experience
Demonstrated commitment or training in equity-related professional development
Experience with coordination, design, and delivery of culturally responsive programs, services, and initiatives.
Expertise in culturally responsive teaching and leading.
Excellent organizational, managerial, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with others and to lead a team.
Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
Understanding of pricing and budget management.
Attention to detail.
Strong culturally-responsive problem-solving skills.

Minimum of five (5) years related experience, preferred

Early Childhood Special Education Manager

Job Summary: Performs professional work providing leadership for Early Childhood Education teams, Birth to 3; 3-5, transitions to Kindergarten and designated related services.

Essential Functions:Coordinates, monitors and evaluates the system for referral, assessment and service options for the child referral process.
Co-facilitates 3-5 Child Study.
Plans and conducts staff meetings (SPED) in collaboration with leadership team and with ECFE Manager.
Provides/facilitates professional development to Early Childhood Staff in collaboration with leadership team.
Provides staff supervision and evaluation with teachers, service providers and paraeducators.
Interprets and monitors the criteria for early childhood special education eligibility.
Coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the system for student data collection for the purposes of state and federal reporting.
Mentors SPED staff,  including due process and systems.
Provide training and professional development for Paraeducators.
Participates in the oversight of the Help Me Grow collaborative.
Works with Head Start regarding students and site management
Early Childhood Homeless Liaison.
Oversees Crisis Response Team Teams training/practice/scheduled meetings.
Tracks and monitors program numbers, workloads, caseloads for EC (0-5) special education.
Facilitates transition of students receiving SPED to K Centers, including Center Based programs.
Facilitates the transition of student move-ins and those leaving the district.
Coordinate/collaborate with other district programs regarding students and transportation.
Participates in meetings with parents and teams to be a resource, address concerns and problem solve.
Represents the District for Developmental Delay at meetings.
Provides oversight of due process management and training for ECSE including Compliance for Part C and B.
Assists the Director of Special Education Services with policy statements.
and procedures regarding Early Childhood Special Education services.
Coordinates and oversees Kindergarten-Camp (July-Aug).
Partners with Early Learning Lead Coordinator in hiring ECSE staff.
Participates in District-level special education leadership teams.
