We are currently seeking 2 applicants for a 1.0 FTE Bilingual Grade K, 1 or 2 Teacher for our Immmersion Program at Lake Elmo Elementary for the 2019-2020 school year. Candidates should understand and have experience with cultural competency and have a passion for working with and servicing diverse populations. Native Spanish speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

 

Extended School Year (ESY) Secondary Licensed School Nurse

Edina Public Schools has an Extended School Year (ESY) Secondary Licensed School Nurse position available district-wide beginning July 15, 2019 through August 8, 2019.  The Licensed School Nurse will be expected to provide first aid to other students in the building, as needed, and staff hours are 3.5 – 4 hours per day. The hours for students are 9-12:00pm, Monday – Thursday.

Outreach Worker – Somali (Bilingual)

The Richfield Public School District has an opening for a part time .5 fte year round bilingual Somali Outreach Worker at Central Education Center effective February 12, 2019, or as soon thereafter as possible. This position will work to find and connect all Richfield families with children age 5 and under to the educational opportunities and resources of the Richfield Public Schools, and to develop and sustain a trusting and supportive relationship that will benefit students, their families, and the District.
