* Ensure the development and implementation of an overall learning environment which ensures attainment of learner specific academic outcomes and interpersonal / behavioral success, promotes Catholic faith formation/education, Christian leadership and academic excellence while honoring the dignity, language and culture of all students.
* Supervise the day to day operations of the parish school.
* Responsible for all school communication (parent, parish, community).
* Supervises School staff, teachers and teachers’ aides.
* Provide support to the school development/ fundraising programs.

Job Summary: Help special education teacher provide for physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in regular and special education setting. Assist in implementation of classroom programs, including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. Position always includes bus duty, accompany special education students on bus routes as required in the student’s IEP.

Required Qualifications:
1. Current MN License in ASD, DCD, EBD, LD, or ABS;
2. Extensive experience working with multi-categorical groups and case management;
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
4. Knowledge of due process in the areas of evaluation and educational planning;
5 Experience with Positive Behavioral Intervention Systems, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, writing Behavior Intervention Pans, and Crisis Prevention Intervention trianing. If lacking this experience, full training within one year is required;
6. Knowledge in Secondary Transition Planning;
7. Ability to perform all job duties, with or without accommodations;
Desired Qualifications:
1. Highly qualified per NCLB in Reading, Writing, and/or Math;
2. Computer and data management proficiency;
