ACCOUNTING SERVICES COORDINATOR

This is a full time, 12 month position at the District Offices. The Accounting Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all district accounting functions; including, but not limited to, payables, receivables, purchasing, and payroll; performing internal auditing, and coordinating data processing functions.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of experience.
Preferred: Certified Public Accountant licensure and previous experience in Minnesota school district accounting or auditing.

Compensation:
Salary range of $86,996 to $96,662 and a competitive fringe benefit package.

Position Available:
Preferred start date of June 15, 2020 but no later than July 1, 2020.

 

 

 

 

Superintendent

The Thief River Falls Public Schools main office is in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 2,064 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Thief River Falls School Board seeks an experienced school administrator who: is a people person with proven abilities in human relations and communications; has the ability to develop and direct an effective leadership team; has delegated and directed an effective leadership team; delegates authority while maintaining accountability; develops trust and works collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders; is familiar with state and federal education laws and has experience with passing an operating levy. Previous superintendent experience is preferred, but not required.

SALARY/BENEFITS:

A competitive compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary in the range of $140,000 to $160,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in statute.

Superintendent

The Kelliher School District is located in the North Central region of Minnesota just 15 miles south of Upper Red Lake. The school district has an enrollment of approximately 290 students grades Kindergarten through twelfth grade and steadily increasing. Kelliher by the numbers:

  • 27 licensed staff and 20 non-licensed staff,
  • FY19 General Fund Balance $2,783,376,
  • FY20 Budgeted Revenue $6,649,533.
  • 4 Year graduation rate of 94%,
