ALC High School Guidance Counselor

Position Summary:
Provide guidance and counseling assistance to students in grades 9-12. Knowledge, skill, and understanding in best practices as it relates to career and college readiness and personal/social counseling required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to understand and use academic data to drive decisions for school and students. Highly motivated individual who can work well with others and has excellent organizational skills. Detail orientated tracking of student credit acquisition towards graduation standards.  Coordinates with community business partners with the intent of helping students secure career options.  Coordinates with post-secondary institutions in order to support the Early Middle College program.  Tracks and coordinates 504 plans.

The St. Clair School main office is in St. Clair, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of approximately 683 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.
