Mankato Area Public Schools has a  position available for a Secondary School Counselor beginning with the  2019-20 school year.  Application deadline:  June 25, or until filled.

Qualifications:  School Counselor license. Strong organization, problem solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Valid MN Elementary Teaching license. Demonstrated use of 21st Century strategies and approaches to ensure all learners achieve the highest levels. Candidate will have a solid background in equity, believing and ensuring all students learn at high levels. Experience in balanced literacy, co-teaching, and utilizing an integrated approach to instruction across all content areas and a background in STEAM and Everyday Math beneficial. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.  Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Somali desired.
