Director of Leadership Development and Executive Search – MSBA

MSBA is seeking a person to fill the position of Director of Leadership Development and Executive Search. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide leadership for MSBA’s executive search and superintendent evaluation services and programs.
  • Assist with and support services and programs in the areas of board/superintendent relations and board governance and leadership.
  • Present at conferences, seminars, regional workshops, and in-district workshops.
  • Provide assistance to members in the areas of executive search, superintendent evaluation, board/superintendent relations, and board governance and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
