DESCRIPTION:
- Assist with creating and implementing activities designed to develop and strengthen board members’ overall effectiveness in school board responsibilities.
- Assist with creating written materials and other training resources and tools to enhance board development, governance, and leadership through conferences, seminars, regional workshops, and in-district workshops.
- Assist with developing online workshops/webinars.
- Assist with planning and coordinating conferences, seminars, and regional workshops.
- Present at conferences, seminars, regional workshops, and in-district workshops.
- Provide assistance to members in the areas of board governance and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Design and prepare general correspondence, memos, materials for conferences and workshops, etc. Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
- Assist with set-up and coordination of workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Assist with maintenance and publication of Association’s calendar.
- Answer phones and email inquiries, act as backup receptionist on occasion.
- Create and update surveys.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
