MSBA is seeking a person to fill the position of Director of Leadership Development and Executive Search. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide leadership for MSBA’s executive search and superintendent evaluation services and programs.
- Assist with and support services and programs in the areas of board/superintendent relations and board governance and leadership.
- Present at conferences, seminars, regional workshops, and in-district workshops.
- Provide assistance to members in the areas of executive search, superintendent evaluation, board/superintendent relations, and board governance and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Performs professional work assessing and delivering instructional and clinical services to individual and small groups of students with speech and language impairments, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in speech language pathology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Minnesota licensure in speech language pathology; Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.
