Special Services Behavior Interventionist

Position Description: Highly qualified Behavior Interventionist with knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals and systems through the application of positive behavior supports. The Behavior Interventionist helps coordinate and implement Behavior Intervention Plan that address students’ behaviors and provide a means to help the students become more academically successful. Behavior Intervention also provides classroom and school-wide behavior management strategies.

Dakota Meadows Middle School

One full-time, (1.00 FTEs) position as a Spanish Teacher, Grade 6 is available at Dakota Meadows Middle School beginning August 27 for the 2018-19 school year. A second  full-time, (1.00 FTEs) position as a Spanish Teacher is also available beginning with the second semester (January 21, 2019) and continuing through the end of the 2018-19 school.  MN licensure required; Spanish license preferred.

Knowledge, skill, and understanding in best practices as it relates to career and college readiness and personal/social counseling required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to understand and use academic data to drive decisions for school and students. Highly motivated individual who can work well with others and has excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of master schedule building or willingness to learn about master schedule building.
