The Payroll Specialist/Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all functions associated in the preparation and processing of the District’s semi-monthly payroll; tracking and payment of taxes and contracted benefits, payroll/liability reconciliation, administering benefit programs including ACA compliance, coordinating and managing hiring procedures, and completing various reports as needed.
