Associate Director of Strategic Governance
Description:
The Associate Director of Strategic Governance will work with the Director of Leadership Development and Executive Search and the Director of Strategic Planning & Board Leadership to:
- Facilitate the strategic planning process for school districts.
- Facilitate executive search services for school districts.
- Help school districts in the areas of executive search, superintendent evaluation, board/superintendent relations, and strategic planning.
- Support services and programs in the areas of school board/superintendent relations and school board governance.
- Present at conferences, workshops, and in-district meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated presentation, project management, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms and survey software.
- Experience in, or knowledge of, public education and/or Minnesota employment-related laws is desirable.
Location and Hours:
This is a full-time position, which requires evening and occasional weekend hours. The work is conducted in-district, remotely, and in MSBA’s office located in St. Peter, MN.
Salary and Benefits:
$60,000 and up, dependent on qualifications, plus a generous benefits package.

Special Education Teacher
MN New Country School (MNCS) (Kindergarten-12th Grade Public Charter School) – Henderson, MN is located in Sibley County and currently enrolls approximately 220 students. Interim Supervisor of School Health Services
Position Summary:
The Supervisor of School Health Services works to identify, remove and remediate health related barriers to learning and to ensure the health and safety of students and staff. The Supervisor will plan, supervise, evaluate, and coordinate school health personnel (LPNs, RPNs and other health care professionals) and services provided for the special health needs of students at all grade levels. Provide, maintain, and monitor a district-wide system of first aid, emergency care, medication administration, and health related procedures. Organize and lead district employee wellness efforts.
