Openings are available for the Graduate Teaching Fellow Program (classroom experience while working on a masters degree program in Education). Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Teaching degree.
Seniors in a teacher education program who will complete all requirements for a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Teaching degree, complete all required testing, and obtain appropriate Minnesota teacher licensure by August, 2020, or recent teacher education graduates (who have not held regular teaching appointments) are eligible to apply. Application deadline: April 28, 2020, or until filled.

Mankato Area Public Schools is seeking a progressive and collaborative-minded professional for the position of Director of Administrative Services. District 77 is located in South Central Minnesota serving 8,600 students with over 1,400 full-time staff.

Job Summary: The Director of Administrative Services provides leadership district wide for Human Resources functions and issues including recruitment, selection, labor relations, negotiations, employee relations and development.
Education and/or Experience: Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in public administration, educational administration, human resource management, business management or closely related field. Equivalent related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience will be considered. Administrative licensure required; Superintendent licensure preferred.
Demonstrated successful professional experience as a school district administrator or related position in the areas of labor relations, recruitment, selection, employee support and recognition, performance and development, strategic planning, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
