Position Summary:
- The Resource Specialist will provide training, consultation and support to teachers, instructional staff, administrators and school-based leadership teams to facilitate the implementation of System of Supports at the school level. This role will work collaboratively with the Teaching and Learning. This role is to support staff and involves direct student contact and coordinating with families. Responsibilities include directly supporting all learners, with an emphasis of those learners identified as needing direct and indirect support as a result of learning loss caused by the Covid19 pandemic.

Assistant Principal
Summary of Job Duties: This position will assist the Principal in leading the school’s educational and instructional programs, operations and personnel to ensure the educational, emotional, social and physical needs of all students. The candidate selected for this position works with the principal and other support personnel in order to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and community members, collaborate and communicate effectively to facilitate meaningful relationships, and provide innovative leadership through our educational offerings. This position is 225 days per year, begins immediately upon hire.
(2) Health Office Float – LPN or Certified Medical Specialist
Summary of Position(s):
These Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Specialists preferred to serve as the subject matter expert in general health related areas in the educational school setting. LPN’s working for Faribault Public Schools provide care to students with health needs, refer students to outside providers and assist with screenings and prevention of communicable diseases. The positions commence on approximately 8/29/22 with the start of the 22-23 school year. LPN’s are employed full-time for 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week between late August and early June; serving multiple health offices within Faribault Public Schools.
