Job Description:                   1.0 FTE Special Education DCD Setting III Teacher at Jefferson Elementary School.  This position commences with the start of the 2023-24 school year.

Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities. The school district currently serves approximately 3,700 students in Faribault and our surrounding areas within our community of 23,000 citizens within the city limits. Technology Director

The technology director position is a multi-purpose position providing: customer service support for our end users; IT support for all IT hardware and software: financial management of IT hardware, software & services; planning, coordination, and implementation of new IT hardware and software projects. Primary duties are to support our customers (staff, students, and parents), IT hardware and software maintenance, installation of IT hardware and software, financial budgeting and ordering, and limited coding exercises for reports and data management.

The technology director position will work primarily out of the Plainview campus, but will also support and travel to the Elgin buildings, in order to address IT needs at both campus locations. The position is a 12 month contracted salary position, with vacation and holidays included. Typical work days will be 7:30 – 4:00 with additional hours required on a limited basis as needed. The technology director reports directly to the superintendent of the school district.
