Job Summary:  Pine Island Independent School District #255  is seeking a high school Math teacher for the 2023-24 school year. This is a full time position. The teacher will be responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering instruction in our Math department including classes such as Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II as well as the potential in higher level courses like Probability & Statistics, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus and Computer Programming. You will join a welcoming and strong math team as well as experienced Math support staff. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  or Certified Medical Specialist preferred to serve as the subject matter expert in general health related areas in the educational school setting.  LPN’s working for Faribault Public Schools provide care to students with health needs, refer students to outside providers and assist with screenings and prevention of communicable diseases. The position commences immediately upon hire.  LPN’s are employed full-time for 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week between late August and early June; serving multiple health offices within Faribault Public Schools.
