Job Description: Long-term Substitute 1.0 FTE Intervention Teacher at Lincoln Elementary. This position commences with the 2018-19 school year immediately upon hire until approximately January, 2019.
Essential Functions:Develops and implements classroom-based, developmentally appropriate interventions for our students in the area of reading and math based upon data.
Serve as a member of the RtI team and work collaboratively with the RtI team to implement strategies, complete paperwork and/or interventions for Reading and Math.
Coordinate and implement appropriate interventions for RtI Reading and Math.
Monitor student progress by examining and disaggregating data at points in time and determine, with team members.
Use data to assist with the revisions of interventions, assist with making decisions regarding future instructional strategies and in setting new goals.
