DIRECTOR OF TEACHING & LEARNING, Rochester Catholic Schools (Rochester, MN) -Currently serving more than 1,500 students in grades Preschool through 12, Rochester Catholic Schools (RCS) have continued to honor a tradition of excellence in providing a sound, moral, and intellectual formation for over 130 years. The Director of Teaching & Learning is responsible for RCS’ reputation for quality Catholic education by producing and executing a comprehensive district-wide plan for ongoing improvement of student curriculum, instruction and professional staff development programs. Duties include: (but not limited to) *Promotes academic excellence in a nurturing environment by providing support, with continuous and measurable improvements, to advance staff performance and student achievement. *Collaborates with Principals and Director of Schools to develop a curricular vision for the district that promotes the mission, vision and goals of RCS. *Develops, implements, and evaluates curriculum for PreSchool-Grade 12 courses, including organizing curriculum for summer school programs. Recommends course additions, grade placements, and verifies graduation requirements. *Provides insights about student skill progression and key contributions made by staff at each level through classroom observation and monitoring instruction for the purpose of gathering data to improve the curriculum and efficacy of instructional interventions. *Participates in collaborative planning of effective staff development and in-service programs that improve teaching outcomes and student learning (e.g., methods, skills, commitment, etc.). *Collaborates with RCS Assessment Committee on student testing programs. Works with staff to ensure consistent standards for the accurate collection, recording, and verification of student data. Analyzes test results *Structure and facilitate development and implementation of budgets and funding opportunities dealing with textbooks, and instructional capital equipment. *Monitors education laws, rules, and regulations. Keeps current with state academic content standards, benchmarks, and indicators

Aquatics Director

Director of Special Education

-Assists in all aspects of Special Education to ensure effective delivery of services to students in accordance with District policies and procedures. -Participates in various District and State meetings and committees in order to facilitate optimum planning and coordination of programs, services and activities. -Identifies and communicates present levels of performance, future needs, and areas of improvement of Student Support Service programs in order to develop and implement program improvements and to address student, parent, and staff concerns. -Works collaboratively with the departments of Curriculum and Instruction, Elementary and Secondary Education, Human Resources, and Business Services to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to students and families. -Directs, develops and monitors a system of identification, placement, programming and monitoring of resident and non-resident students with special needs, ages birth to 21. -Assists in making decisions and recommendations related to human resource functions including hiring, supervision, staff development, performance management, training and related activities. -Develops recommends and approves all acknowledgments of resident and non-resident tuition agreements and billing for students eligible for Special Education, Care and Treatment and/or Third-Party Billing; manages all Special Education, Care and Treatment and Health Services Federal and State aid applications and grants. -Assists in developing and recommending budget requirements and monitors and authorizes budget expenditures for all Special Education programs. Facilitates Special EducationAdvisory Committee to communicate program information and to receive parent input regarding Special Education programming. -Assists in developing and maintaining procedures that ensure compliance of District policy and practice with State and Federal regulations. -Assists in evaluating existing Special Education programs and services and determine the need for consultants and special funding requests. Perform related duties as apparent or assigned by the Executive Director of Special Education.

JV Head Coach-Volleyball
