Job Requirements

The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a Minnesota License as a Superintendent, or demonstrate their ability to secure licensure during 2021. Previous experience as a superintendent is preferred, but not required.

Special Education Teacher (SLD or ABS)

Worthington ISD 518 is seeking a Special Education SLD (specific learning disability) or ABS (academic/behavior strategist) certified teacher at Prairie Elementary.

Qualifications/General duties:
Case management and direct service provider, assessment knowledge and IEP development, experience with collaboration and/or co-teaching, knowledge of interventions for students with cognitive delays, learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.  Salary will be as per the Teacher Master Agreement.
