Responsible To:  Building Principals; Special Education Director/Supervisor

Qualifications: Valid State of Minnesota License in Special Education

Salary Range:  $54,153 – $109,599 for a 184-day contract at a 1.0 FTE. Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment and FTE, education and experience. Salary and benefits pursuant to the Chaska Education Association (CEA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).

Position Purpose: To work under the direction of certified special education teacher in supporting students on Individual Education Plans (IEPs). This position must also demonstrate understanding of individual and unique characteristics of students with disabilities and assist them with their special education needs.
Education/Certification Requirements: Associate’s degree, at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on a required ParaEducator assessment within 60 days of hire.

Title I Teacher – 2026-2027 School Year

Job Summary:

Worthington ISD 518 is seeking a Title I Teacher to provide targeted academic support to eligible students at St. Mary’s Catholic School. This position is approximately 4.5 hours per week and will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and St. Mary’s administration to support student learning and achievement through individualized and small-group instruction.

Experience providing academic interventions and working with elementary students is desirable.

Job Summary:  To enhance the educational process by minimizing or removing health-related barriers to learning, while promoting a safe environment for all students and staff.  Duties are to be performed in accordance with standards of professional nurse practice, district/state board of education policies and procedures and Minnesota State law regarding nurse practice.To provide first aid, hearing and vision screening, immunization tracking, monitoring for communicable diseases and managing students with chronic health conditions and special education needs.

Qualifications/Licensure:  Current MN Registered Nurse. CPR/AED certification. Bachelors in Nursing required.
