Agriculture Teacher
Full time teaching position available at the Willmar Senior High School. We are looking for a CTE licensed teacher in either Agriculture or Technology Education.
Our Ag and Tech departments are made up of 5 teachers. We currently have 3 Ag teachers and 2 Tech Ed teachers. We have some classes that need to be staffed but we are open to hosting classes based upon the new teacher’s interests and areas of expertise.
Elementary Teacher

Coach – Boys/Girls Diving
Assistant Boys and Girls Swim/Dive coach with main focus on Diving for both seasons. Coach will be responsible for diving portion of program and will report to the Head Coach. Other coaching responsibilities may be involved depending on needs. Coach will work directly with Head Coach on practice format and needs. Flexible practice schedule may be possible.
Math Teacher
Full-time opening in Mathematics at Willmar Senior High School. All levels of experience and course interest will be considered.
Director of Community Education and Recreation
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Director of Community Education is responsible for the overall planning,
implementation, fiscal control and operation of Community Education & Recreation programs and its staff in the areas of
Early Childhood, Family Education, adult enrichment, youth recreation and enrichment programming. The Director of
Community Education & Recreation develops and manages a comprehensive, multi-dimensional, multi-cultural education
& recreation program, serving all residents of the City of Willmar & Willmar Public Schools. This includes
recommending policies and procedures in program development, administering personnel procedures, and managing the
budgets for both entities.
