The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that ensures student success socially, emotionally and intellectually. This includes developing lesson plans, delivering instruction within a gradual release model, and performing formative and summative assessments based on the MN Academic Standards. Teacher will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues in effort to best respond to student needs, as well as communicating with parents in regards to student performance and growth.
