Worthington District 518 Community Education is seeking an Early Childhood (EC) teacher. Preference will be given to individuals who hold or qualify for a licensure in Pre-Kindergarten Early Childhood Education or B-3rd grade. Employment responsibilities include planning and facilitating educational activities for children ages 3-5 and supervising classroom educational assistants. District 518 employs five Early Childhood teachers, so you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other teachers on lesson planning and other program responsibilities. The EC teacher will report to the Early Childhood Education Coordinator. This is a full-time position.

Credit Recovery Night School Teachers 2022-23
Worthington Learning Center 10th-12th Grade Credit Recovery Night School
Worthington ISD 518 is seeking to hire teachers for its 2022-2023 Learning Center Credit Recovery Night School Teaching positions. Teachers will provide academic services for students going into 10th-12th grades (up to age 21) at the Learning Center. The program runs Monday through Thursday from September 2022 to May 2023. Classes begin and end within each quarter, so teacher schedules can be created to work around other seasonal employment. Applicants must have a valid Minnesota teaching license in K-12 or 7-12. Teachers will earn $34.00/hour and must have a valid Minnesota teaching license. Please specify preferred subject area on application.
Teachers will be expected to utilize technology in the night school instruction. This will include uploading curriculum to Schoology for learning and assessments. Instructional tools may include videos, power points, discussions, and worksheets. Students will be expected to log into Schoology upon arrival to track their instructional time in the building. Infrastructure Systems Specialist #1364
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in Marshall or Windom, MN areas.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Infrastructure Systems Specialist provides local and wide area network design, support, and maintenance to ensure that the networks utilized by SWWC Service Cooperative, and our membership, are running at their peak performance while ensuring adequate security controls and reliability for end-user and enterprise resources. The Infrastructure Systems Specialist is an instrumental member or the SWWC network services team and provides backup support for key functions of the Systems Administrator.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Actively participates in the development and design of network systems that adequately support 21st century learning environments and enterprise class network operations;
· Actively model practices and activities that demonstrate the highest regards for cybersecurity, and participates in building a culture of respect for and mitigation of cybersecurity threats in daily work;
· Maintains knowledge to provide backup and supplemental support for operational server, terminal servers, and SQL Server environments and work in tandem with the Systems Administrator and Network Coordinators;
· Installs and configures new network equipment when necessary, ensuring that upgrades are performed with impeccable end-user notification and communications, while sustaining optimal up-time;
· Maintains thorough documentation and schematics of supported environments;
· Monitors and proactively troubleshoots network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime;
· Provides support of VOIP telephony and video conferencing systems;
· Provides support of firewall, IDS, IPS and other critical network security infrastructure.
