The Youth Development Leaders work to improve student achievement and increase racial/cultural integration in the six Nobles County Integration Collaborative member school districts. Youth leaders work with students in school classrooms during the school-day and through out-of-school-time programs to address: academic success, civic engagement, college & career readiness, cultural competency, and leadership development. This position will include occasional evening and weekend hours. Applicants must have a driver’s license and personal transportation. This position will require travel to adjacent school districts. Bilingual skills and/or a college degree preferred.

WMS needs a Computer/Business Teacher. Candidates must demonstrate a knowledge of Computer Science Technology instruction. Will develop appropriate Computer Science Technology Curriculum for students in grades 6-8. Teaches knowledge and understanding of Computer Technology careers. Teaches in a computer lab and students also have iPads available. Ability to plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning, employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students including strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Achievement and Integration Coordinator
Nobles County Integration Collaborative is looking to hire an Achievement and Integration Coordinator who will be responsible for program coordination and direct service duties. The coordinator implements programs designed to promote cultural integration and student academic success within six member school districts. Some travel to member districts is required. This individual also supervises staff, manages the budget, and completes state reports. This is a full-time, 12-month coordinator position. Class I Paraprofessional
ISD 518 is seeking Class I (General Education) paraprofessionals at Prairie Elementary with a start date of August 22, 2022. Applicants should have training and experience working with a diverse student population. Job requirements will include working closely with licensed staff in the general education classroom, providing small group academic and behavioral support to students, as well as student supervisory duties in various educational settings. Preference will also be given to applicants with some college training or a completed paraprofessional competency portfolio. This position will be approximately 7.0 hours per day.
