Career & Technical Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: The Career and Technical Project Coordinator works with regional school districts, businesses and agencies to form partnerships that support the development and sustainability of career and technical education programs and other enrichment experiences. The Coordinator supports SWWC and partnership staff in organizing, implementing and evaluating a wide variety of enrichment projects that help students discover their interests, abilities, future careers, and educational opportunities.

School Advocate
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in Southwest Minnesota.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The School Advocate builds the capacity of districts, schools, and charters to engage in continuous improvement, to implement the World’s Best Workforce legislation and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The Advocate provides technical assistance in schools and works with school leadership teams to coordinate improvement efforts for all students, build district capacity, and engages in continuous improvement efforts. The ultimate goal of this position is to close achievement gaps, while increasing achievement and graduation rates for all student groups.

High School Principal
Under the direction of the Director of Instruction, the High School Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership within the High School by implementing the educational and district initiatives at the building level and for directing, supervising, and overseeing all school operations, personnel, and activities within the High School. The High School Principal collaborates and works closely with other administrators, staff, students, and the public in addressing and meeting the educational needs and goals of the district, its students, its families, and in performing various public relations responsibilities within the community.
