The Sisseton School District serves approximately 950 students and has three attendance centers, Sisseton High School, Sisseton Middle School, and Westside Elementary School.

The Sisseton School District offers a comprehensive athletic & fine arts program sanctioned by the SDHSAA. Facilities include a 700-seat performing arts center, a 3200 seat gymnasium, an auxiliary 2-court gymnasium, an updated track & field facility, and a Field Turf football field.
