Moorhead Area Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and visionary educational leader to be the assistant middle school principal for grades 68 in a community that strongly supports its public schools. The assistant middle school principal assists the principal in the performance of various leadership responsibilities works together with Central Office Team to provide high quality educational programs for all students and supervises personnel within the individual school. Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of curriculum and effective teaching practices, group dynamics, and the ability to analyze, interpret, compare, and present data utilizing a wide range of mediums as well as successfully demonstrate competency in human relations skills, supervision, and leadership

Math Teachers (1, possibly 2 positions) High School Math, Middle School Math, Junior High Math

One full time Mathematics Teacher opening for the 2016-2017 school year plus the possibility of another at least 0.513 FTE up to full-time based on District needs. Preference will be given to candidates that are eligible to teach Advance Placement (AP) courses and concurrent enrollment (college in the high school) courses or the willingness to complete the necessary requirements in the future. Lake Park Audubon utilizes a seven-period day. The position would consist of teaching five periods plus one study hall period and one period for prep. The titles of the classes may be any of the following listed in alphabetical orders but not limited to: Art 8, Ceramics, Digital Photo, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, World Art and Yearbook (subject to change).
