Major Areas of Accountability: 1. Supervision including staff training and professional learning systems; observing and evaluation performance appraisals; assigning work; creating and maintaining systems, scheduling staff meetings; 2. Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff; 3. Monitor performance improvement plans and discipline when needed; 4. Collect and maintain information for determination of staffing needs; 5. Monitor Special Education Due Process procedures, provide systems and training opportunities; 6. Effectiveness with a systems approach that is blended and program specific; 7. Collect and maintain data for federal, state, district required for English Learners and Special Education Reports; 8. Monitor budget expenditures for English Learners and Special Education programs with the support and assistance of the director and accountants; 9. Provide leadership and direction, i.e. conflict resolution staff, parents, students, agencies; 10. Promote internal and external awareness and collaborations of English Learners programs through multiple strategies participation in interagency meetings and projects; 11.Oversee Targeted Services Programs.

HS Math Teacher
