K-5 English Learners (EL) Teacher
Position Summary:
The English Learners (EL) Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. Teacher will serve primarily English Language Learners. Teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. Teacher will understand and model best instructional practices, serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community, and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner, inclusionary, and equity-focused mindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment. Position begins August 2024. Position follows a co-teaching/pull-out model, collaborating with general education classroom teacher to meet students’ needs in the area of literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.

High School Principal
East Central School District is seeking applicants for a full-time High School Principal (Grades 7-12) for the 2024-25 school year and beyond. Position also includes oversight of the Alternative Learning Center housed on the high school campus.
Provide educational leadership and management oversight, including educational programming, curriculum, instruction, staff evaluation, and safety protocols. Position works closely with the Superintendent, Dean of Students, Elementary Principal and Activities Director to carry out the mission and vision of East Central Public Schools.
